GASTRONOMİ DÜNYASI MARMARİS’TE BULUŞTU

Marmaris, iki gün boyunca lezzetin ve profesyonel mutfak dünyasının kalbinin attığı merkez oldu. Sektörün önde gelen isimleri GEMAD Workshop Tadım Günleri’nde bir araya geldi.

Güney Ege Marmaris Aşçılar Derneği (GEMAD) tarafından bu yıl altıncısı düzenlenen GEMAD Workshop Tadım Günleri, 26–27 Mart 2026 tarihlerinde Marmaris Grand Paşa Otel’de gastronomi ve turizm sektörünü buluşturdu.

Otel, restoran, kafe ve yiyecek-içecek sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeler ile tedarikçi firmaları bir araya getiren organizasyon; yeni ürünlerin tanıtıldığı, sektörel iş birliklerinin geliştirildiği ve profesyonel mutfak dünyasının nabzının tutulduğu önemli bir platform olma özelliği taşıyor.

SEKTÖRÜN NABZI MARMARİS’TE ATIYOR

Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinden katılım sağlayan sektör temsilcileri, şefler ve işletmeciler; iki gün boyunca hem yeni ürünleri yakından inceleme hem de doğrudan iletişim kurma fırsatı buldu. Katılımcılar, sektördeki yenilikleri yerinde görerek iş ağlarını güçlendirme imkânı elde etti.

YOĞUN KATILIM DİKKAT ÇEKTİ

Etkinliğin açılışı, Marmaris Kaymakamı Nurullah Kaya tarafından gerçekleştirildi. Tanıtım günleri, çok sayıda ziyaretçinin katılımıyla yoğun ilgi görürken, Marmaris’in gastronomi turizmi açısından taşıdığı potansiyel bir kez daha gözler önüne serildi.

GASTRONOMY WORLD MEETS IN MARMARİS

Marmaris became the heart of flavor and the professional culinary world for two days, bringing together leading names of the sector at the GEMAD Workshop Tasting Days.

Organized for the sixth time this year by the South Aegean Marmaris Chefs Association (GEMAD), the GEMAD Workshop Tasting Days were held on March 26–27, 2026, at Marmaris Grand Paşa Hotel, uniting the gastronomy and tourism sectors.

The event brought together businesses operating in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and the food & beverage industry with supplier companies. It stood out as a significant platform where new products were introduced, sectoral collaborations were developed, and the pulse of the professional culinary world was taken.

THE PULSE OF THE SECTOR BEATS IN MARMARİS

Industry representatives, chefs, and business owners from different regions of Türkiye had the opportunity to closely examine new products and establish direct communication over the two-day event. Participants strengthened their business networks by observing the latest innovations in the sector firsthand.

The opening of the event was carried out by Marmaris District Governor Nurullah Kaya. The tasting days attracted significant interest with a large number of visitors, once again highlighting Marmaris’ strong potential in terms of gastronomy tourism.
